What an amazing time we had in Italy. Every detail from us getting off the plane to our return trip to the airport at the conclusion of our vacation was carefully and precisely scheduled. This is our second time using Niki’s services for our vacation plans and much like our previous vacation to Europe, we experienced problems due to European transportation strikes which Niki quickly was able to confirm certain legs of our travel schedule while changing other parts so that our vacation continued as planned leaving us to worry free. Every transfer was on time and courteous, the accommodations were at high standards and the privately guided tours were extremely informative. We will continue to use Niki for all of our future European vacation plans..

Just got back from a marvelous 16 day Italy adventure that was so amazing!!!! Rome, Venice, Florence, Praiano and a couple nights at a villa in Tuscany. We enjoyed excellent cuisine, rich architecture, and history! Traveling by train across Italy was one of my favorite experiences!!!! One important tip would be; don’t overpack!!! Highly recommend Nicki! She answered every question we had even after we were on the trip. She carefully planned our itinerary and she will also plan at whatever speed you want to go. Nikoleta was absolutely amazing in planning and communicating with us for a trip to Europe this summer. She set up all transfers and the service was great! We had a lot of transfers on trains, planes and cars and some within our party going in different directions and she took care of it all! It was great to not have to worry about getting to and from in a foreign country. The hotels she reserved were all nice and she also reserved certain tours for us that were so memorable. She even took care of transfers and hotels in NYC and the app she used was great. It had all the train tickets, car transfers, hotels and tours right at our fingertips. She made the trip much less stressful and was always responsive if we had questions during our trip. She was very easy to work with as well and we will use her for our next adventure! I have high expectations and Nikoleta did not disappoint.

Niki was really great at putting together an itinerary for our trip to Italy, and was willing to accommodate our last minute changes and requests despite our trip being planned only 2 weeks in advance. She was responsive to questions, and got everything planned in a timely manner. Additionally, she helped plan additional tours for us, even after our original itinerary was complete. The trains she scheduled were nice, and normally the quickest option to travel between cities which was great for minimizing our time spent on travel and maximize our time spent in each city. Overall a wonderful experience!
