Can you create a custom itinerary for my trip?
Yes. Custom itineraries for new clients are designed by appointment only and through a professional planning fee, ensuring each journey receives our full focus, expertise, and thoughtful care until every detail is flawlessly planned and confirmed.
What distinguishes the experiences you create for clients?
We create highly curated, personalized journeys that may include privileged access to top sites, private excursions, and exclusive perks through our global partners. For cruise travelers, we can book Distinctive Voyages sailings, which offer VIP amenities, dedicated hosts, and curated shore experiences not available through standard cruise bookings.
How do I begin planning my trip?
You may start by booking an appointment with our lead designer above. We work by appointment only, ensuring your journey receives personalized attention and expert planning from start to finish.
Do you handle group or corporate travel?
We specialize in intimate affinity groups, family reunions, destination weddings, vow renewal trips, and other bespoke gatherings, ensuring each journey receives the same personalized attention, exclusive access, and expert planning as our individual itineraries.
Beyond leisure travel, we design corporate business trips and executive incentive programs with a luxury, concierge-level approach. For select clients, we also produce bespoke corporate events at sea, hosted aboard deluxe yachts and luxury cruise ships—ideal for leadership retreats, client appreciation, and incentive travel. We intentionally focus on high-touch, curated experiences rather than mass corporate events.
Will someone be available to assist me during my trip?
Yes. Every journey we design includes dedicated support throughout your trip. You will have an emergency contact with your lead designer to assist if the need arises, as well as an in-country contact for immediate assistance, ensuring that any need or unexpected situation is handled promptly and seamlessly. This allows you to travel with complete peace of mind while enjoying a fully personalized, elevated experience.
What if I enjoy planning my own travel but still need assistance?
For travelers who enjoy booking independently, we offer a planning-only service focused on expert curation. You’ll receive a thoughtfully designed itinerary with routing guidance, hotel and experience recommendations and travel flow planning. Booking, ticketing, and supplier management are not included.
