The Single Dinner is made up of four courses, from appetizer to dessert. We will make a menu according to the season with fresh local products and our fresh made pasta.
In the phase of creating the menu, we will send you some basic menu proposals on which we will build a custom menu based on your preferences, taking into account food allergies and intolerances
This journey starts from the discovery of the Tuscan raw materials of the season, and arrives at the work table where the participants will learn the secrets of the ingredients using traditional recipes with the preparation tips of our chefs.
Finally we will set the tables together and we will serve all the participants for dinner with the service in table.
The catering service will be provided at the location chosen by the customer.
Our offerings include the preparation of lunches, dinners, and aperitifs for corporate events, small weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries.
We also provide a professional barman service.
We supply all necessary items for the service, prepare and serve the food and beverages, and clean up the used spaces afterward.
